Straight Tools
This is a compact, high-performance nutrunner developed for inline applications. Combines a high-power motor and a precision torque transducer for excellent performance.
A flange type is also available for the 3000N･m tool.

Offset type
Offset gear is equipped to accommodate multi-spindle configurations with small diameter bolt pitches.

Bent type (Offset Bent type)
This bent configuration uses a gear train to reduce the height of the tool unit and accommodates low installation heights.
Bent type Torque Range：1 - 960N･m (0,8 - 708,1ft･lb)
Offset Bent type Torque Range：1 - 160N･m (0,8 - 118,0ft･lb)*The positions of the motor and torque transducer differ depending on the bending direction.

Z55 Controller
A single-axis control unit developed exclusively for nutrunners.
A simple system can be constructed with the 1-axis 1-control method.
In addition, master link connection (MAU55: master station, AU55: local station) enables channel switching and centralized control of data processing in multi-axis tightening.

Management software
Dedicated support software is available for all models of the servo nutrunner series.

Data logger
Dedicated software that automatically collects tightening data from various control units via Ethernet.
The collected data is sequentially recorded in the database and displayed on the screen at the same time.

Fixtured nutrunners for automated systems.
These sytems boast the highest tightening accuracy among all ESTIC products. They offer a range of detection features to prevent tightening errors.
Two series are available: Z55, which has a compact design, and Z50, which supports a wide range.
Features of Fixtured nutrunners
- Highest tightening accuracy: ESTIC's servo nutrunners boast the highest precision in tightening. Our dynamic torque tightening uses a closed loop feedback control with high-performance motors and high-speed CPUs to achieve high accuracy.
- Error Detection: Mechanism to detect tightening failure
Torque and angle sensors are combined to provide highly accurate feedback to the controller during tightening.
These sensors monitor changes in torque and angle in real time to detect abnormal tightening, screw failure, galling, and other unexpected faults.
Additionally, ESTIC is more flexible with configuration options for error proofing, including rotation speed, angle, and torque stages.
