ESTIC's pulse tightening technology "ESTIC PULSE" is a patented technology that achieves tightening without receiving reaction force. Ergonomically designed tools and pulse tightening technology significantly reduce operator fatigue.
01 Pulse Tightening
Tightening is performed by giving impact by intermittent operation. It reduces the reaction force that the worker receives.
02 Direct Tightening
Tightening is performed with rotational energy from continuous motion.
The worker receives reaction force in proportion to the tightening force, but it is possible to tighten with high accuracy equivalent to that of a nutrunner for equipment.

Feature3 Robot synchronicity
ESTIC's new robot system is compatable with our trusted handheld tools. The nutrunner and robot are integrated, which greatly reduces programming required during setup.

Tool unit
You can choose the most suitable one from three types of shapes: angle tool, pistol tool, and straight tool. The pistol tool is also available as a top-mounted cable type with the cable position at the top.

Right Angle Tool
A bevel gear is placed at the tip to angle the output shaft by 90degrees.
Easy to handle with a horizontal tightening position and a tightening surface height of approximately 700mm.
By using "ESTIC pulse" technology users face minimal reaction force for up to 140N･m (103,3ft-lb).

Straight Tool
The output shaft and motor are in a straight line.
This tool is typically mounted to machine assemblies or ESTIC tracer arms to absorb the reaction force.
The tool can be customized in a variety of ways to accommodate various fixturing methods.

Pistol Tool
Our ergonomic handle design features a trigger that can be comfortably pulled with one finger.
One handed work is easy in this configuration.
Tightening of 120N･m (88,5ft-lb) is possible by attaching a reaction arm. With ESTIC pulse, one-handed tightening up to 70N･m (51,6ft-lb) is easy with minimal reaction force.

Handy 2000 Series Management Software
This is the dedicated support & management software for all Handy 2000 series controllers.
Basic as well as advanced management functions of Handy 2000 models are supported: Read/write parameters, project data storage & management, tightening result & curve monitoring, I/O & Fieldbus signal assignment and more.
Data Logger
This is a dedicated software that automatically collects tightening data from various control units via Ethernet. Fastening data and torque graphs are recorded in sequential databases and displayed. This data can then be exported to an Excel file. Data analysis is easy with this centralized system.

Torque and angle sensors are combined to provide highly accurate feedback to the controller during tightening.
These sensors monitor changes in torque and angle in real time to detect abnormal tightening, screw failure, galling, and other unexpected faults.
Additionally, ESTIC is more flexible with configuration options for error proofing, including rotation speed, angle, and torque stages.
- Universal Controller: One control unit can handle all ESTIC handheld tools. When multiple tools are used in the field, no control unit selection is required. Keeping backup units is simple and it leads to cost reduction.
- Large Memory Capacity Contributes to Traceability: Various tightening data is saved, such as fastening results history (100,000 entries), Torque curve history (60 entries) and system error history (50 entries) on Handy 2000 Touch.
