Straight Tools
ESTIC's micro tools are uncondictive to static. The tool is designed with conductive resin that prevents ESD to the workpiece by diverting the energy. Three types of start triggers are available: lever start, the push start, I/O start.

Handy 2000 Series Management Software
This is the dedicated support & management software for all Handy 2000 series controllers.
Basic as well as advanced management functions of Handy 2000 models are supported :Read/write parameters, project data storage & management, tightening result & curve monitoring, I/O & Fieldbus signal assignment, and more.
Data Logger
This is a dedicated software that automatically collects tightening data from various control units via Ethernet.
Fastening data and torque graphs are recorded in sequential databases and displayed.
This data can then be exported to an Excel file.
Data analysis is easy with this centralized system.
Micro nutrunner
Basic information
As small as 0.1 N･m ( 0.07 ft·lb ) tightening.
Micro tools can error proof small screws which are difficult for an operator to distinguish visually.

Torque and angle sensors are combined to provide highly accurate feedback to the controller during tightening.
These sensors monitor changes in torque and angle in real time to detect abnormal tightening, screw failure, galling, and other unexpected faults.
Additionally, ESTIC is more flexible with configuration options for error proofing, including rotation speed, angle, and torque stages.
- Universal Controller: One control unit can handle all ESTIC handheld tools. When multiple tools are used in the field, no control unit selection is required. Keeping backup units is simple and it leads to cost reduction.
- Large Memory Capacity Contributes to Traceability: Various tightening data is saved, such as fastening results history (50,000 entries), Torque curve history (60 entries) and system error history (50 entries) on Handy 2000 Touch.
